This ride starts out the same as number one (unless you go around backwards), however, it is a little shorter, at only 275 Km, and about 4 hours with the wind in your helmet! Ride up Highway 11 to Trout Creek and take Highway 522 across some really pretty country to Highway 69 at Key River. Turn south on Highway 69 and head on down to Parry Sound. Highway 69 is famous for the rocks, and windblown trees. If you brought a picnic lunch, this is an ideal spot. From Parry Sound take Highway 124 back up to Sundridge. Along Highway 124, you can make a little detour into the village of Magnetawan, have a beer at the hotel, or watch the boats go through the lock on the river. Don't count on seeing lots of boats, however, this isn't a very busy spot! Then scoot home on Highway 11. If you forgot to put your beer in the fridge before you left, don't worry, we have a liquor license here and we'll get you fixed up!
